Sustainable Tourism Review is an international, peer-reviewed journal focused on the role of tourism in promoting environmental preservation, social equity, and economic development. Published three times a year in English, it features a wide array of research including environmental management, community empowerment, and sustainable business practices. The journal aims to disseminate knowledge that facilitates the integration of sustainability principles into tourism development and management, catering to a diverse readership of academics, industry professionals, and policymakers.

The journal is published by Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo in collaboration with Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage in Uzbekistan, International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship in Tajikistan, and the Samarkand Branch of Tashkent State University of Economics in Uzbekistan. All content is made freely available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows for sharing and adaptation with proper attribution, thus promoting the spread of knowledge and best practices in sustainable tourism globally.
